The wine has a pale color with apricot reflections. The nose is fruity with a nice freshness. We have aromatic notes of juicy yellow peach and apricot. There is a certain racy, smoky minerality with hints of pink grapefruit. The palate is fresh and fruity with a tangy frame. There are fine notes of citrus and juicy yellow peach. We perceive small crunchy, acidulous red fruits which continue in a more saline finish. The end of the tasting is on the elderflower.
