The nose is fruity and offers a very fine intensity, a fine freshness and precision. It reveals notes of apple, Mirabelle, small notes of quince associated with very fine hints of butter, spices and dry almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acid frame, tension and dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of apple, quince, small notes of zests associated with fine touches of small yellow fruits, flowers and flint. Good length. A discreet firmness on the finish.
