The nose is fruity, aromatic and elegant. It reveals notes of yellow fruits, flowers / anise and fine notes of candy associated with slight notes of mirabelle plum as well as a discreet note of quince and an imperceptible note of oak. The palate is fruity, gourmande, suave and offers fat, a fine acid frame, a fine minerality and creaminess. In mouth this wine expresses notes of yellow fruit, quince and fine notes of apple, flat peach associated with fine / discreet notes of honey, menthol (very discreet) as well as slight note of candy, discreet notes of dried fruit / hazelnut on the finish. There is a slight hint of nougatine on the finish. Good length and good persistence.
