This crémant is straw yellow with a shiny and clear color. The nose is fresh, smoky and fruity with beautiful notes of apple and white fruits. We also perceive mineral freshness and a slightly creamy side. The second nose is quite minty with buttery notes. The palate is fine with a discreet but present effervescence. There are notes of crunchy apple and pear. A touch of lychee appears with always a mineral side. It’s simple but well produced. The finish is light, the whole is refreshing.
