Domaine Fougeray de Beauclair – Les Golardes 2017 – Savigny-Les-Beaune

The nose is aromatic, elegant and well-built. It reveals notes of fleshy Gariguette strawberry, fleshy blackberry and small notes of crushed raspberry associated with fine touches of racy minerality, toasted, violet as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices and Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, precision, gourmandize, crunchiness as well as a beautiful ripe but juicy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry, fleshy/juicy plum and small notes of cassis associated with fine touches of acidulous wild red berries as well as hints of racy minerality, zan a very discreet hints of toasted. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
