The nose is fruity and offers a small power and a fine concentration. It reveals notes of quince, small yellow fruits and small notes of apple associated with fine touches of pear flowers as well as imperceptible hints of sweet spices and honey. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh and offers a fine airy side, verticality as well as a juicy/mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe yellow apple, quince and small notes of acidulous yellow plum associated with fine touches of honey/beeswax, flowers, minerality as well as an imperceptible hint of spices.
