Domaine du Chardonnay 2015 – Petit Chablis

The nose is fine as well as a relatively fruity and racy. It reveals notes of limestone and slight notes of fresh citrus associated with hints of ripe white fruits. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame, a beautiful racy minerality, a good definition, roundness, unctuosity as well as suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe peach and ripe/crushed white fruits associated with hints of minerality/limestone as well as subtle hints of ripe/crushed apricot. Good length.
