The Zéphirine Pinot Noir is a barrel selection cuvée from the Roserock vineyard. It has a complex character, exuberant with complex flavors. It boasts of pure aromas of violets, lilacs, wild red berries, cassis, orange peel, and forest floor. The palate is gracious, fruity, with noble, fine-grained tannins and an abundance of flavors.
