Domaine des Anges, Le Plasir des Anges 2022 – Savoie

The wine has a pale lemon yellow, slightly golden color. The nose is aromatic, lemony and floral. It expresses notes of fresh lemon, lemon zest, a touch of pink grapefruit with a hint of bitterness, as wellas white flowers (acacia, apple blossom, honeysuckle), stone fruits (white peach, nectarine), apricot)and a touch of honey in the background. The mouth offers roundness and fruitiness. We find notes of ripe citrus fruits (lemon, lemon zest, candied lemon peel, pink grapefruit), stone fruits (white peach, apricot), white flowers (acacia, honeysuckle, apple blossoms) and honey. The finish is quite persistent, with a nice acidity and a pleasant bitterness. A fresh and balanced finish.
