The nose is elegant, precise and offers a fine grain as well as a good definition. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, pulpy raspberry, small notes of crushed plum associated with touches of small crushed red berries, lily, violet, nutmeg as well as fine hints of saffron, fresh local grove and very discreet hints of tobacco. The palate is fruity, juicy and offers a good definition, a certain gourmandize, a small suavity, a small silkiness, a beautiful freshness, dynamism, a beautiful fruit, precision as well as a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright plum, small notes of pulpy raspberry associated with touches of small crushed red berries, Boysen berry, bigarreau cherry as well as hints of vanilla pod, cardamom, saffron, discreet hints of hazelnut as well as an imperceptible hint of black olive and cocoa. Tannins are precise, structuring and finely firm. A well-built wine!
