The nose is aromatic, fine, racy and precise. It reveals notes of blackberry, strawberry and plum associated with subtle touches of cassis, Zan, violet as well as a discreet hint of tobacco, sweet spices and an imperceptible touch of cardamom (in the background). The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, elegant, precise and offers a slight mineral frame, a beautiful finesse, a small straightness, freshness, fat as well as a nice definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, fleshy plum and slight notes of blackberry, raspberry associated with slight touches of chocolate, caramelized oak and a subtle / discreet hint of liquorice and vanilla (in the background ).
