The palate is fruity, gourmand, fine, mineral, elegant, straight, slightly aerial and offers gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of honey, candied quince and honey combined with fine Zante currant, dried apricot as well as slight notes of dried figs, spices and a discreet note cashew / hazelnut. Good length.
