The palate is fresh and airy. It expresses the flavors of strawberry, crushed raspberry, ripe red cherry (even morello cherry), wild blackberry, crushed blueberry and blackcurrant, associated with notes of dried mint, violet, lily, as well as a touch of dried rose and fresh tobacco. The tannins are firm, but not drying. Beautiful salivating acidity, the finish is quite long. Freshness and accuracy in the mouth.
