Domaine de L’Oubliée, Tenue de Soirée 2020 – Bourgueil

The wine has a deep ruby color. The nose is fresh and fruity, with fine herbaceous touches in the background. It expresses notes of raspberry, blueberry, compote red cherry, crushed blackcurrant and strawberry, combined with notes of violet, lily, dried mint and thyme in the background. The palate is fresh and airy. It expresses the flavors of strawberry, crushed raspberry, ripe red cherry (even morello cherry), wild blackberry, crushed blueberry and blackcurrant, associated with notes of dried mint, violet, lily, as well as a touch of dried rose and fresh tobacco. The tannins are firm, but not drying. Beautiful salivating acidity, the finish is quite long. Freshness and accuracy in the mouth.
