Domaine de la Voûte du Verdus – La valise blanche 2022 – IGP Saint-Guilhem-Le-Désert

The wine has a pale straw color with shine and clarity. The nose is fresh and fruity. We feel dynamism like a sparkling aromatic fruit with notes of juicy pear, small crisp white fruits, peach as well as aromatic herbs like mint without forgetting spices such as anise. The mouth is fresh, round, gourmand with notes of stone fruits such as yellow peach, apricot as well as crunchy yellow apple, juicy melon and fine hints of mint. We also perceive a work around the barrel, balanced and well integrated, with touches of butter, vanilla and toasted bread. It is a wine with fat and a nice refreshing acidity which continues in a long and gourmand finish.
