(Organic) The wine shows a vivid ruby purple colour. The nose is intense, fruity and youthful, revealing nuances of wild raspberries, red crushed cherries, a touch of cassis and black currant leaf, a hint of tobacco leaf and black olives. The palate is juicy, with nice fruit concentration, bright acidity and grippy, a bit rustic, drying tannins. Intense notes of red cherries and cassis on the palate are combined with herbaceous nuances of green pepper and a touch of thorn. Juicy and intense, needs time to smoothen the tannins.
