Marc and Thierry Parcé inherited a family vineyard. In the region of La Rectorie, winemaking is guided by the choice of vines: from 30 plots of different exposures and altitudes. The estate is attached to the rugged slopes of the seafront around Banyuls and Collioure in Roussillon. Fine nose of ripe black fruit with a touch of vanilla. Its palate is complex, with a nice balance between fruit aromas and woody notes. Pleasant, long finish with hints of spices for added details.
