The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a beautiful minerality, freshness as well as a captivating side. It reveals notes of fresh apple, vanilla / toasted notes and Williams pear associated with a subtle hint of quenette, roasted / ripe pineapple and an imperceptible touch of mandarin. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame, a beautiful dynamism, straightness, a fine minerality, a beautiful guideline, a beautiful structure, roundness, fat, a beautiful freshness as well as finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe Williams pear, ripe brugnon and slight hints of quenette combined with subtle hints of vanilla, ripe almond, racy minerality and an imperceptible toasted hint. Good length.
