The nose is elegant, fruity and offers delicacy, a small power and a fine concentration. It reveals notes of black cherry, zan and fleshy Quetsche plum combined with small touches of of ripe red cherry, crushed raspberry, spices, Sichuan pepper and discreet toasted hints. The palate is juicy, fruity, well-balanced, silky and offers suavity, a beautiful acidulous frame, dynamism, a beautiful finesse, a beautiful minerality, freshness, tension, a good definition as well as a fine and very discreetly tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, fleshy / juicy Boysenberry and small notes of raspberry associated with slight touches of Quetsche plum, violet acidulous candy, hints of liquorice as well as very discreet hints of rose, graphite, toasted and an imperceptible hint of ripe / dried almond. Tannins are elegant.
