Domaine de la Poulette – Chardonnay 2014 – Bourgogne Blanc

Domaine de la Poulette – Chardonnay 2014 – Bourgogne Blanc

The nose is aromatic, fruity and slightly concentrated. It reveals notes of yuzu zests and slight notes of fresh citrus, flint associated with a discreet hint of flowers as well as a subtle hint of fresh vine peach. The palate is fruity, suave, well-balanced and offers a slight fat, a slight acid frame, a beautiful definition as well as a slight gourmandise. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe/crushed vine peach, ripe litchi and small notes of ripe lemon, ripe clementine associated with discreet hints of ripe/crushed white fruits as well as small touches of minerality. Good length.
