The nose is fruity, well-structured and very discreetly tight. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of lemon, crunchy brugnon and small notes of crunchy apple associated with discreet hints of minerality, zest and an imperceptible touch of fresh flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, an acid frame, a beautiful suavity / fat, a small tension, a racy minerality as well as finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, fresh / crunchy green apple and small notes of racy minerality combined with small touches of juicy / fresh kumquat as well as discreet hints of zest. Good length.
