Domaine de la Commanderie – La Cuvée de Siam 2016 – Quincy

The nose is fruity, straight, slightly powerful and offers intensity. It reveals notes of exotic fruits, fresh brugnon associated with slight notes of citrus, zests, minerality as well as a very discreet hint of flowers, crushed white fruits and an imperceptible hint of spices/almond. The palate is fruity, gourmand, well-built, well-balanced and offers suavity, fleshiness, a small fat, an acid frame, straightness as well as roundness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe clementine and small notes of peach associated with hints of exotic fruits as well as slight hints of silex, white melon and fresh almond. Good length.
