Domaine Bertrand – Cuvée Infini 2013 – Moulin à Vent

Domaine Bertrand – Cuvée Infini 2013 – Moulin à Vent

The nose is elegant and powerful. It reveals notes of very ripe red fruits as well as a hint of flowers associated with slight touches of dried blackberry as well as a discreet hint of leather and humus/undergrowth. The palate is fruity, quite elegant, relatively fine, ample and offers fat, suavity, a beautiful definition/expression, a good freshness as well as a beautiful acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of very ripe red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant, cherry) associated with a discreet hint of skin plum as well as a hint of undergrowth and a very discreet hint of mushroom. Good length.
