The nose is fruity, well-balanced and offers a small richness/gourmandize. It reveals notes of quince, small notes of toasted associated with small touches of small yellow flowers as well as very discreet hints of crushed pear and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, juiciness, a fine freshness, a fine tension as well as a juicy/ripe fruit and a fine fleshiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy quince, juicy apple, small notes of vine peach associated with a fine touch of citrus, a very discreet hint of mandarine flowers, sweet spices and bee wax. Good length. Sapidity and suavity on the finish. An imperceptible hint of vanilla, tannic and a very discreet hint of hazelnut on the persistence.
