The nose is fruity, elegant, well defined and offers a fine fleshiness, a slight intensity, power as well as harmony. It reveals notes of dried peach, Williams pear, potpourri and white flowers combined with slight notes of candied apricot, violet, strawberry / blackberry, citrus zests as well as slight touches of oak and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame, a slight juiciness, a small gourmand side, elegance, a slight straightness, finesse, harmony, a fine fleshiness as well as a good definition. On the palate, this Cognac expresses notes of crystallized lemon, caramelized pear and slight notes of candied peach associated with slight touches of ripe / fresh brugnon, white flowers, candied strawberry as well as slight / discreet touches of pâtisseries, brioche, sweet spices / vanilla and a very discreet hint of gray pepper on the finish. The finish is quite powerful. Gourmandise on the persistence / aftertaste.
