On the palate, this Cognac expresses notes of crystallized lemon, caramelized pear and slight notes of candied peach associated with slight touches of ripe / fresh brugnon, white flowers, candied strawberry as well as slight / discreet touches of pâtisseries, brioche, sweet spices / vanilla and a very discreet hint of gray pepper on the finish.
