The nose is fruity and offers a fine juiciness and a fine minerality. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, black cherry, and small notes of ripe/juicy red berries associated with discreet touches of sweet spices as well as a subtle hint of gray pepper, black olive and chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, beautifuly juicy, delicate and offers a beautiful suavity, fat, a beautiful precision, a beautiful fresh frame, a fine acidity, a good guideline / dynamism as well as a nice grain finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black fleshy / juicy, crushed cassis and small notes of wild strawberry, juicy / ripe red berries associated with small / discreet touches of black olive, violet, sweet spices, nutmeg, caramelized oak, chocolate as well as an imperceptible touch of rosemary (in the background).
