The nose is fruity, full and relatively exuberant. It reveals notes of yellow peach, apricot and citrus (especially lemon) associated with hints of orange zests, a fine hint of stewed white fruits as well as fine notes of Bourbon vanilla, caramel, pâtisserie and a slight hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, gourmande, suave, relatively elegant, well-defined / precise, relatively fat and relatively gourmande. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of peach in syrup and pears in syrup associated with a fine hint of apricot / mango, citrus (tangerine, lemon), caramel, pâtisserie and Bourbon vanilla. Good length and persistence.
