The nose is elegant, precise/net and offers power, a small sensation of tension as well as a good definition. It reveals notes of dry quince, dry mandarine, small notes of yellow peach associated with small touches of rancio, orangette, peach flowers as well as fine hints of nutmeg, spices and an imperceptible hint of menthol liquorice. The palate is fruity and offers a certain aromatic purity, suavity, fullness, intensity as well as a certain deepness and power. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of dry yellow grape, orangette, small notes of dry mandarine associated with small touches of dry orange, dry peach as well as hints of nutmeg, rancio, discreet hints of menthol liquorice/Badiane, pâtisserie and a subtle hint of pepper. Good length. Power on the finish.
