De Croix – Vieilles Reserve XO – Cognac 

The nose is fine and offers a very slight power as well as a very slight incisive side. It reveals notes of peach in syrup, citrus zests and crystallized mandarin orange combined with slight slight hints of quenette, white flowers and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, gourmandise as well as a small bright side. On the palate, this Cognac expresses notes of peach in syrup, apricot in syrup and small notes of citrus zests, crystallized mandarin combined with slight hints of crystallized lemon, pâtisseries as well as a very discreet hint of white flowers / white fruits and vanilla. Good length.
