The nose is fine, very elegant, complex and aromatic. It reveals notes of melon, apple, white flowers and vine flowers. The palate is elegant, pure, delicate and complex. It expresses notes of citrus fruits (quince, very slight notes of lemon and clementine), melon, flowers and slight notes of apple associated with a small note of verbena and discreet (and soft) spicy notes. Good length and aftertaste. A fine and elegant Sake !
