The nose is fruity, powerful and offers complexity as well as gourmandise. It reveals notes of candied peach, quince, crushed brugnon and small notes of crystallized citrus associated with a hint of quince, citrus zest (orange, lemon), a subtle hint of cedar, spices sweet and very discreet grilled hints, Bourbon vanilla and tobacco (in the background). The palate is fruity, gourmande, unctuous, beautifully defined, precise, delicate, elegant, complex and offers a small tension, fat, suavity as well as a fine acid frame (in the background). On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of caramel pear, peach in syrup and small notes of crystallized lemon, roasted pineapple associated with small touches of quenette, grapes, caramel cream, rosewood as well as a subtle touch of Bourbon vanilla, chocolate, a discreet hint of grilled oak and tobacco (in the background). Good length and persistence.
