The palate is fruity, gourmande, unctuous, beautifully defined, precise, delicate, elegant, complex and offers a small tension, fat, suavity as well as a fine acid frame (in the background). On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of caramel pear, peach in syrup and small notes of crystallized lemon, roasted pineapple associated with small touches of quenette, grapes, caramel cream, rosewood as well as a subtle touch of Bourbon vanilla, chocolate, a discreet hint of grilled oak and tobacco (in the background). Good length and persistence.
