Dame de Cœur du Château Peyfaures 2019 – Bordeaux

The nose offers gourmandise, a small richness, a fine concentration as well as elegance. It reveals notes of fleshy strawberry, crushed cassis and small notes of crushed raspberry associated with small hints of pulpy blackberry as well as a hint of violet, small purple plum as well as subtle hints of blond tobacco sweet, vanilla and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a fine, tangy frame, tension as well as finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cassis, crushed raspberry and small notes of small juicy / crunchy purple plum associated with touches of crushed blackberry as well as slight hints of violets, lilies, chocolate and blond tobacco. Good length.
