The nose is fruity and offers a fine freshness and a fine power. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with fine touches of plum as well as very fine hints of tonka bean, caramelization/crème brulèe as well as discreet hints of cuben pepper, graphite and sense of the place. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe bigarreau cherry, blackberry and small notes of violet associated with small touches of juicy strawberry as well as fine hints of chocolate, caramelization and spices. Good length.
