The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight mineral frame, fat, suavity as well as unctuosity. In the mouth this Gin expresses notes of juniper, caramelization and slight touches of mountain flowers associated with a subtle/discreet hint of cucumber (in the background). Good length.
