Conn Creek – Anthology 2014, Cabernet Sauvignon – Napa Valley

The nose is aromatic, fruity and offers concentration and a small power. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed cassis, cornflower and small notes of blueberry associated with fine touches of strawberry as well as hints of nutmeg, tobacco leaf and a very discreet sappy hint. The mouth is fruity, elegant, beautifully defined and offers gourmandize, an acidulous frame as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy blackberry and small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with fine touches of caramelization and nutmeg. Good length. Tannins are elegant and well-built.,
