It reveals notes of rancio, cooked apple and a hint of gray pepper, orange zest associated with discreet hints of Williams pear / dried peach as well as a very discreet hint of violet and cigar. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise, well-structured, frank, beautifully powerful, racy and offers a beautiful suavity, a beautiful roundness, fat as well as a beautiful grain. In the mouth this Calvados express notes of cooked apple and pâtisseries associated with small notes of rancio, orange zest and crystallized mandarin. Good length. A beautiful finesse / delicacy, full of power.
