Collovray & Terrier – Deux Roches – Tradition 2016 – Viré-Clessé

The nose is fruity and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, quince and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with a touch of honey, apple, crushed peach and discreet hints of almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, finely gourmande and offers a nice mineral frame, a fine acidity, a fine suavity, freshness, a good acid frame, roundness and a good fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, mandarin paste and small notes of crushed vine peach associated with fine touches of apple, brioche and almond. Good length.
