The nose is fruity and offers a very fine richness/power. It reveals notes of fleshy cherry, plum and small notes of small berries associated with touches of Sichuan pepper, violet as well as discreet hints of cardamom and liquorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful juicy/acidulous frame, a fine tension, a very fine power as well as a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy black cherry, juicy violet plum and small notes of small wild berries associated with fine touches of violet, cornflower as well as discreet hints of liquorice/zan and a discreet hint of spices. Tannins are well-built.
