The nose is fruity, racy and offers a small concentration. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, pulpy strawberry, small notes of blueberry associated with touches of cornflower, raspberry as well as hints of fresh nutmeg, fine hints of sweet spices, a discreet hint of caramelization and an imperceptible hint of orange. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, mineral and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, pulpy/juicy plum, small notes of strawberry associated with touches of liquorice, caramelization, cornflower as well as fine hints of toasted. Good length. Sapidity and a fine sensation of chew on the finish.
