The nose is elegant, gourmand and offers power and richness. It reveals notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy/ripe blackberry,small notes of wild strawberry associated with small touches of acidulous plum, small red berries, flowers (violet, rose) as well as touches of spices, bourbon vanilla and caramelization. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers gourmandize, an acidulous frame, a good definition and minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/ripe cassis, juicy/Acidulous plum, small notes of fleshy blackberry associated with touches of small acidulous red berries as well as fine hints of crunchy strawberry. Very fine hints of coffee and dark chocolate on the persistence.
