It reveals notes of cherry, pulpy raspberry and small notes of Boysenberry associated with touches of crushed berry fruits, violet, zan, nutmeg, racy minerality as well as a very discreet hint of pepper and an imperceptible hint of tonka bean (in the background). The palate is fruity and offers minerality, a mineral frame, richness, roundness, energy as well as a good freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, pulpy / juicy cherry and small notes of cherry blossoms, violets associated with touches of ripe strawberries as well as fine hints of purple plum, lily, chocolate and toasted almond. A very discreet bitterness on the aftertaste.
