The nose is aromatic and offers a certain small power, a fine intensity as well as a small spicy side. It reveals notes of crunchy / fresh wild cassis, ripe raspberry and small notes of violet associated with small touches of peony, pulpy / ripe cherry as well as hints of nutmeg, spices and a fine toasted hint / almond. The palate is fruity, acidulous, racy and offers minerality, a fine tension as well as a fine fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cherry, ripe blackberry and small notes of juicy cassis associated with touches of violet, cherry blossoms, racy minerality as well as a discreet hint of rose petal, spices and a subtle hint of mocha (in the background).
