There are also herbaceous notes of blackcurrant leaf and dried mint. On the palate, the wine offers a silky attack and a beautiful concentration of fruit. It expresses flavors of strawberry, crushed raspberry, roasted red cherry, blackcurrant, morello cherry and the tannic side of wild plum, as well as notes of blackcurrant leaf, dried mint, violet and rose. The finish expresses the drying strructure of the tannins, but also a lively acidity and juiciness, which soften it. A racy, lively and gourmand wine.
