(100% Blue Cane) The nose is elegant, fine, relatively powerful and quite charming. It reveals notes of dried citrus (lemon, mandarin), discreet notes of kumquat, tarte Tatin, a fine touch of brown sugar caramel and a hint of exotic fruits combined a few slight touches of oak, fine notes of sweet spices, a hint of tobacco as well as a very discreet touch of white pepper and almond. The palate is fruity, elegant, gourmand, well-balanced and offers a good definition and a fine acid / fresh frame in the background. In the mouth this Rum expresses notes of Zante currants, plum and citrus (lemon, clementine) associated with a discreet note of clementine zest, lychee, a hint of passion fruit / papaya as well slight notes of oak, almond and tarte Tatin caramel. Good length and aromatic persistence.
