The nose is elegant, very aromatic and offers a beautiful aromatic palette, a “perfume” side as well as complexity. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet, strawberry and small notes of plum associated with touches of crushed raspberry, incense, caramelization as well as discreet toasted hints, chocolate, undergrowth / mushroom and a discreet hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, gourmande, beautifully aromatic and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful gourmandise, a beautiful precision, dynamism, a small juiciness, a fine tension, a beautiful finesse (well-balanced with the power), density as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, plum, ripe wild strawberry and small notes of crushed raspberry associated with small / fine touches of caramelization, toasted almond, chocolate, flowers (iris / cornflowers) as well as discreet hints of coffee and Cuben pepper. Tannins are very slightly tight. Good length and beautiful persistence. This wine that is perfectly balanced between finesse, power and elegance.
