Château Rocher Gardat 2018 – Montagne Saint-Emilion

The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of juicy / fleshy blackberry, violet and small notes of strawberry associated with small touches of iris, incense, red berries as well as very discreet hints of pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers freshness, a good definition, a beautiful fruit, a small fleshiness as well as gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy blackberry, fleshy /juicy blueberry and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of flowers (cornflower, a hint of iris / rose) as well as slight hints of licorice and chocolate. Tannins are well-built and very discreetly firm.
