The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers richness, a small intensity and precision. It reveals notes of blackberry jam, plum and slight notes of blueberry cream associated with a touch of flowers, fleshy strawberry as well as fine touches of liquorice and a discreet hint of iris. The palate is fruity, gourmand, mineral, elegant, a bit aerial and offers freshness, tension as well as a beautiful unctuous matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of black cherry jam, plum and slight notes of blackberry associated with hints of violet / iris, small notes of minerality as well as fine touches of licorice, a hint of toasted oak and discreet notes of sweet spices. Tannins are fine, well built and elegant. Good length and persistence with small toasted notes, oak as well as slight grilled notes.
