The nose is elegant, gourmand and offers a certain power in precision and control. It reveals notes of boysenberry, crushed wild strawberry and small notes of quite ripe small fruits as well as a hint of licorice stick and a subtle almost aniseed hint. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, juiciness, a nice gourmandize as well as an acidulous structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy raspberry, crushed strawberry and small notes of bright blackberry associated with a touch of purple violet plum, chocolate, vanilla as well as a toasted hint. Tannins are supple and sapid. Good length. Beautiful juiciness and freshness!
