The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful grain as well as elegance. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry and fleshy/ripe strawberry associated with touches of fresh/ripe raspberry, fine hints of flowers (flowers, peony), zan as well as discreet hints of green cardamom and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, freshness, gourmandize, tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of raspberry associated with fine touches of flowers (iris, peony) as well as hints of cardamom, nutmeg and chocolate. Tannins are elegant. A very fine firmness as well as a very fine bitterness on the finish. There are hints of hazelnut and grilled bread on the finish/persistence.
